Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SISFORD will over time provide content and information which children may find interesting and may wish to access. However, no one under the age of 13 years is allowed to provide any personal information. Minors under the age of 18 years are prohibited from making purchases on the Website.

3. TERMS OF SALE

By placing an Order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All Orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or forces outside of our control for which we will not be responsible.

In order to contract with Us you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you. If your Order is accepted, we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be Us or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party We are not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an Order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit card or an authorised user of the PayPal or Afterpay account used to place your Order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to changes.

We may reject or cancel an Order for any reason prior to or after our acceptance of a Transaction.

We are committed to transparency and ensuring our customers have clear and accurate information about our business operations. Sisford Sydney is a brand name operated by a company registered in Hong Kong. Our brand is inspired by the feminine name Sydney - a symbol of elegance, confidence, and timeless charm. While our brand name also draws inspiration from the city of Sydney, we are not an Australian-registered company.

A. OUR CONTRACT

When you place an Order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your Order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved by us and we have debited your credit card or withdrawn the funds from your PayPal or AfterPay account.

B. PRICING AND AVAILABILITY

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

C. DELIVERY COSTS

Delivery is free for most Products. For some Products delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed and included in the 'Total Cost'.

You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.

You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Sisford is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense. If you submit your order and then realise that you have entered an incorrect delivery address or delivery instructions, please email customerservice@sisford.com immediately and we will do our best to update your details before your order is dispatched.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as an incorrect or incomplete address, the absence of a recipient at the provided address, failure to collect the package from the designated postal office or collection point, or refusal to accept the delivery, the item will be returned to our warehouse.

In such cases, the cost of return shipping to our warehouse will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, any applicable handling or restocking fees may also be deducted as per our return policy. We strongly encourage customers to double-check their shipping details and ensure timely collection of their packages to avoid unnecessary charges.

D. COLOURS

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the Products. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

E. PROMOTIONAL CODES

We may from time to time offer promotional codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.

The conditions of use relating to any promotional code will be specified at the time of issue.

These Terms & Conditions relate to all promotions, competitions and promotional codes (unless otherwise stated).

• Promotional codes cannot be redeemed for cash.
• An individual promotional code can only be used once per order.
• Promotional codes will not be resupplied if lost or stolen.
• The value of a promotional code will not be refunded if purchased items are returned.
• A promotion code can't be used after an order has been placed.

F. CANCELLING YOUR PURCHASE

You have a right to request a refund for your purchase of Product(s) from the Site within 60 days of Order receipt and receive a refund if request is in line with our Returns section noting that refunds are only permitted on faulty goods.

Once an order is placed, you are unable to cancel it. To exercise your right to a refund, you may return your Product to us using the returns form within 60 days of Order receipt (postage costs apply). This process excludes all Final Sale products, these items are identified at purchase as well as on the receipt.

G. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We will not be liable to you for failures, defects or delays in delivery caused by:

• Your provision of incorrect or outdated information;
• Your mailbox being full;
• Your failure to comply with instructions for use of the Site; or
• Any event which is outside of our reasonable control.
